Based on the age, that's not uncommon for it to fail on this car. You're fortunate you're able to run the stock engine wiring harness. If you had the upgraded one that was more often needed on the very early cars like mine, you'd have to send it off to Precision Race Services for the connector...
What is the specific misfire code? If it's P0300 it's most likely related to the crankshaft position sensor. I had two fail during my ownership. As it relates to the clutch, Sean from AED posted an interesting thread on SVT a couple years ago. Apparently the CPS is magnetized and the metal...
It's as much of a must do as removing the discs on the side pipes of the Boss. I went to Midas where the son's owner had a new Focus ST and was a big enthusiast. Cost me $250 but he did it right. I'd recommend they use stainless pipes so they may have to order the material in advance.

Glad you found the install video. There were a number of improperly installed splitters when dealers were just "winging" it. The video is pretty clear and they shouldn't have any trouble getting it installed correctly this time. Congrats on the new car and enjoy!
Wow, so you dropped 1.5 seconds yesterday and another 1.3 today???! That's fantastic! What kind of power to weight was that Supra? making that you chased down in the corners until he ran away in the front straight?I updated the first post with your new times.
