@captdistraction, I recently started building a Gen 1 5.0 for 100% track duty. My initial thoughts were a budget build with just ARP Fasteners, Manley Rods, Mahle Pistons, and Valve Springs. It didn't take long for the scope to creep. In my research I found this thread. I was curious if this...
I just tore down a complete 2012 Mustang GT Coyote I'm using as a core for a Track Duty only build. My understanding is the MGT Intake Cams are the same as the Boss Intake Cams, part numbers BR3E-6A271-EA and BR3E-6A270-EA. One of my options for this build would be to use the existing Intake...
Congrats on the acquisition of 302R 017. Ironically enough I spoke with Kevin Maley this week to ask if I could have access to the car this weekend to take photos, measurements and make templates of some 302R specific parts I have not been able to find for my rebuild of 302R 015. That is when I...
Making slow progress with this project. Most of the underhood components are installed.Tried to start the engine and it wouldn't crank. The PATS was flashing even though it was supposed to have been disabled by the engine kit supplier. The FOB doesn't lock/unlock the doors, open the trunk etc...

Fortunately Grand Am published a document for Boss 302R recognition and required components. This document includes part numbers, descriptions, manufacturers, suppliers, for just about every part, bracket, fitting, bolt, nut, screw, etc required to rebuild BOSS 302R 015.
Following the 2015 Mosport crash BOSS302R 015 was completely stripped and parts were transferred to a Boss 302R BIW. The chassis sat for a few years until it was purchased by Todd Michel in Oct 2020.
Following its short stint with Starworks in the 2012 CTSCC, BOSS302R 015 was sold to Glenn Chaplin of Fastco in Canada where it raced in the Canadian Touring Car Championship.
