It looks like it's time for me to sell the Boss. She's black with silver stripes. Track Key is installed. It has a few upgrades: MGW shifter, Lower Control Arms, and Spare Wheels. The car is in South Florida. It is clean. PM if you have any interest.
That's crazy. I thought he broke an axel until I noticed tire marks on both sides at the end of the video. I wonder if the throttle stuck? It seems like he could have gotten out of it before everything went so wrong.
Did you jig your rear end before you welded the tubes? If not, be sure it's square before you do anything. As for axels, I upgraded to Moser 31 spline axels. They allowed me to keep the anti lock system. For the record, I bent my stock 31 spline axels with drag radials.
Re: What did you do to your boss today?I run Michelin's on out F150 and my wife's Porsche. I'd like to hear how you like M's compared to the P's that are spec'd on the Boss.
That's a high retail. I doubt any of us as a private seller would get that much. I've seriously considered selling mine. Then I drive it and realize how much I love this car. I own another faster car but there is just something about the Boss.
If you have time, make some more wide open throttle passes with the stock tune. The computer learns and makes the motor run better. You'll have to live with the CEL though.
