  1. True rear coilover - daily ride and handling comparison

Not my data, but they've all been posted publicly before so sure.. Bilsteins were dynod by Stuart Maxcy IIRC, Konis & OE dampers by a member of another forum. Compression is on the top in all plots, rebound on the bottom. The Koni/OE plots show a full hysteresis loop, unfortunately the Bilstein...
  2. True rear coilover - daily ride and handling comparison

From your spring rates, I gather you have a non-Brembo car? Funnily enough, the rear Bilsteins are nearly identical in damping to the OE Brembo/TP dampers - actually have a bit less compression than stock - if the dyno charts floating around are to be believed. Yet almost everyone who gets them...
  3. Stock Parts For Sale

Springs still available (these are from a reg. Boss, not LS, correct?)?Curious what shipping is to 20874 (MD) if so...
  4. Help with Driveline Vibrations

Sounds exactly like what my '13GT does, stock. Only mine starts at ~65 mph.Dealer replaced my pinion bearing (twice, after not properly setting the pre-load 1st time), and I'm highly suspicious they didn't clock the DS right putting everything back together. Other than that, I plan to check...
  5. S197 Spring and Sway Bar Rates

Geez... I've looked at that testing chart probably a dozen times now over the course of a couple years without ever catching that the "Rate at position" column numbers at ride height are significantly lower than if you calculate the force deltas yourself. Thanks for spelling it out!
  6. S197 Spring and Sway Bar Rates

I know this is an older thread, just curious if this is updated information from somewhere? I've seen rates of ~200/165 quoted for the P springs up until now. Including, I think, Vorshlag's testing (I have no test data myself to contribute/confirm).
  7. Springs for the street

I know this is a few months old, but do you have any driving impressions after having the P springs on for a while?I know Sam Strano advocates for the STR.T/Steeda Sport (linear version) combo as a daily driver setup, but you obviously weren't too happy with it. Did the P's make a significant...
