4" Brake duct

Since I have to redo the front facia on my car I decided to increase the cooling of my front brake by switching from the regular 3" duct to a 4".

The backing plate at the spindle to accommodate a 4" duct can be found at Vorshlag which made it pretty easy to do.

I found the best price for the 4" duct at amazon

The most difficult part was to find a way to adapt the 4" duct at the front fascia. I found a downspout gutter adapter at lows that would do the trick

It's got a 4x3 opening that change to 4" round.

There is a lot of cutting and trimming of the plastic bit of the lower valence and bumper to make it fit but most of it is from non visual area.
Once everything was fitting together I glued and siliconed the gutter to the original brake duct adapter and lower valence.
