I'm looking at putting an Auto Blip as well as a WOT box on my 2012 Boss, does anyone here have any experience with both systems? I'm wondering if I'll run into any problems with both hooked up at the same time

No experience, but. One interrupts/slows the throttle on launch and the other activates when down shifting. Two different disciplines. I don't see you using both at the same time or at the same event.
I put toggle switches in line with my blip switches so I can turn them off as needed on track. You should be able to do the same with the WOT box. I cant see where WOT has value on a road course.

I have Auto Blip, works great once you get it set where you like it. Only issue I had was the adj. knobs had very little friction so vibrations from the car made the setting change. Fixed that by adding a small o ring under knob to make it stay put. I had a shop at my local track install it as I'm not much on working upside down under the dash. Seat removal was best way to make room for the install guy.
