Can someone tell me what the thread pitch is on that freeze plug? My trial and error trying to find that adapter has come up bupkus, and I don't really trust the fit it had when I was testing fit in the old True Value plumbing aisle. It's NPT right?

Yes, it's 3/4" but can't remeber if it is NPT. The replacement part # from Ford is W528114. It's only a couple of bucks online.
