    Tire clearance help

I’ve been really itching for a coyote and a manual, and I’ve noticed that prices aren’t too bad currently.

    Tire clearance help

I did consider rolling the fenders but lately i’ve been thinking on selling the car sometime in the near future. At this point I’m not sure something like that would be worth it honestly.

    Tire clearance help

Yeah I figured the options were limited, I just put these wheels back on the car too because my last set were 18s and I was eventually going to move to bigger brakes. I was going to ride on the prior tires until I could get a new set of wheels that fit the car better but unfortunately I got a...

    S197 Rear Shock bushing question.

After about a month of driving and checking them, I think I’ve come to this conclusion too. I can’t remember if they could be tightened more or not, but what I do remember is thinking 30ft/lb didn’t feel like a whole lot for this fastener. I recently checked them and found rubber around the...

    Tire clearance help

Hi everyone, I have a *slight* issue with my rear tires’ fitment. About a week ago I got new Firehawk Indy 500s, I opted for 305/30R20s for my 20x10.5 rear wheels since these are going to be my daily’s. The outer edge of the tires rub the quarter panel ever so slightly when the suspension...

    S197 Rear Shock bushing question.

Ah I hadn't thought of that, will definitely keep that in mind. IIRC the nut is one of those nylon insert ones so I'm not too too worried about it, Ill be keeping a close eye on it over the next week to be sure its not loosening though.

    S197 Rear Shock bushing question.

Very interesting way to practice that, will definitely give it a try. I was seeing a lot of coilovers that had that, unfortunately mine were part of the few that didn’t lol. I tried not to use the impact but ended up doing it anyways very slowly, the shocks aren’t leaking or anything like that...

    S197 Rear Shock bushing question.

After finding I didn’t have any of these crows foots I went out and bought a set, torquing the nuts down was easy after that. Hopefully this time the bushings don’t shred, thanks a ton for the help!

    S197 Track Cyclone (Sold)

Very cool cyclone! I’d kill for a set of recaros lol I really don’t like the stock seats. I've been meaning to record a clip and post it, I think it's the perfect sound, not too obnoxious but not too gutless either and you'd be hard pressed to beat the look.

Thanks for the info, will definitely visit once I get my brakes and wheels in order!

    S197 Rear Shock bushing question.

Very useful info, I tried using a torque wrench on it when I first installed them but then found out you have to try to stop the shock shaft from spinning. After many unsuccessful attempts at this I decided to try to use an impact gun as “lightly” as I could manage. Safe to say after a while the...
