I had mine fixed when I picked it up and made sure they noted it so if I had probs in the furture it was documented in Oasis.

The place I use is metal, I will have to see what the options are as far as the gold ring, I'm not sure if they can do it for as low as I had stated unless it is a colored ring vs bi-metal.Rob

Can't see the pic at work, but from the numbering comment, what I have done in the past is have a flat boss(pun intended) on the RMO that you can have engraved with your car number after reciept. For me to have each one numbered would drive up the cost. Once I get home, I'll look at the pics.Rob

None of the SSP Mustangs came with this as a weight saving. Don't know how much it actually saved, but I never had issues with mine (Execessive heat, etc.) in the 19 years of driving it.Rob
