It's funny I did it the other way around from you: I had BMR on my 2019, and I bought Vorshlag for my 2024. I have yet to install them. For having tried both, do you reckon I should get more camber with the Vorshlag, without cutting the strut tower, or is 2.2 pretty much the max you can get...
It would. But I don't like it. I prefer the car without. The GT-350R brace and the S650 steel brace have similar height clearances. One is lighter than the other. And the S650 GT PP brace has mounting holes for a badge, but no badge!
First small change to the car: removed engine cover, and swapped the stamped steel strut tower brace out and put in the GT-350R brace I salvaged from my wrecked 2019 GT.

Hi Bill, thanks for the reply! The reason I ordered the springs is because I had much lower H&R Super Sports on my S550 with these same wheels (with 395/30/19 tires) and never had a problem with travel or rubbing on or off track.
These springs from Steeda do not drop the car nearly as much and...
Good afternoon all!
I will finally take delivery of my S650 GT PP Magneride manual. It will be my HPDE +AX car.
Trying to figure out what (mild) suspension setup would be optimal for dual purpose track 10-15 times per year and the occasional Sunday drive.
I had lowering springs, camber plates...
It's hard to know 100% as it happened so fast, but from my recollection and the pic (attached), it looks like his front right corner hit right in the center of the door, but the base of the B post is deformed, even as the sheetmetal behind the front door is intact.
Yes the door was dented deep, but the door surround was also deformed at the door sill and the area where the tire inflation sticker is located (see photo), which is what made me wonder whether the rails did anything for me.
I had BMR jacking rails on my 2019 GT.
I was t-boned at a 45 degree angle at speed by a drunk, the corner of the other car's front bumper hit right in the middle of my (driver's) door. I walked right out of the wreck. Police and paramedics couldn't believe it.
My question: do jacking rails do...
Well, it's the end of the road for this car. I was on my was to an autocross competition on a hot Sunday morning, cruise control at 65 in the right hand lane, and this guy in a Dodge Caravan comes in the passing lane and t-bones me right in the driver's door. A good 30 degree angle if not more...
It will be the same as my car that was wrecked: a car mostly used for lapping and AX, with the occasional street mileage. A car that drives to and from events and is reliable.
Thanks for taking the time to answer me. In light of your and Mad Hatter's answers I now see that finding a...
