8 to 10 weeks is what you should expect on a standard mustang order. The Boss is only done by allocation, so if he said 4th Quarter and you don't feel like waiting then I would cancel. You would have better luck searching for one on a dealers lot or see if any local dealers have a Q2 or Q3...

I am not getting a Black LS, but I was thinking about this exact thing the other day. Personally I think it would look awesome. Maybe a little too subtle for a Boss, but awesome nonetheless.

I have only seen one CO/Blk Boss on the road here in Charlotte, NC. I thought I saw another one near my house, but it was actually just a guy that had put the 2012 Boss graphics on his car.

Has anyone actually verified that there is another hold on production? Could this just be customer service not knowing that the recent hold had been lifted? From what it sounds like on the other threads builds are still being scheduled and the ones that were on hold are slowly making their way...

The power steering thing would be news to me. It seems unlikely though, as there really shouldn't be any MY13 changes that would affect the power steering compared to the previous model year. Also, it seems like the standard and GT models are shipping without any problems.
