I'm happy you were able to finish your track day. I also want to echo the suggestion of cam cover upgrade. I know you haven't experienced issue with it yet, but may be worth looking into for prevention instead of reaction. I was black flagged... (see full post)

Verus Engineering wing installed! It’s well made and looks great in person. Very nice carbon fiber. That’ll do for the aero for now.

Very sorry to hear that. I see your build thread and those camber arms have been known to break under track and sometimes regular driving. SPC, OEM, SPL are the only reliable options. More importantly I’m glad it didn’t bring harm to you while on...

Again, the black stripes help to hide mine. Especially from the rear.Another option is just wrapping stripes over the plugs you have.

everything looks great so far!One thing you may want to consider about the holes if it bothers you that much: Find a body shop you trust to fill/weld in the holes and paint over it. There was somebody in M6G who bought a GT500 non CFTP and had... (see full post)

I believe @OPMustang Tim has mentioned in the Facebook group a few months ago why it couldn’t be done or what would need to be done.I may be wrong but if you want less stress on the front then why not increase rear pad compound? (see full post)

They just opened a new group for seat time for “Advanced Intermediate”. I just signed up for the April 12 event. They wanted me to get signed off for Advance with SCCA or FATT first. No issues with thatlook forward to meeting you there (see full post)

Love the way the car looks. And I love the track. I too was there for the first time last November. I wish it wasn’t a 14 hour drive but it was worth it.

285/35/19 Bridgestone RE71RS G-Loc R16F R12RThis was my first time here in the novice group and there was a lot of traffic. I was experiencing pretty bad pad knock back so i wasn’t as confident in the braking zones. Track addict was being...

Yea. I had a shop install camber bolts without my knowledge. The bolt ended up slipping and cause the wheel to make contact with the strut. Left a nice silver ring on the inner barrel of the wheel. So now that I have been traumatized, I won’t... (see full post)

Thanks for that bit of information. Was going to linish the splines down on the origional bolts but was curious if i was missing something from an engineering standpoint. My 944 had modified struts and they came with a factory eccentric washer...

So I ordered new strut bolts a few weeks ago and I find out that Ford changed the designed to non splined bolts. Also for struts with elongated top bolt hole, I designed a camber lock in CAD. There is someone in one of the track FB group who is... (see full post)
