So in June I bought a used 2018 manual PP2 from an out of state dealer. Car was in great shape and had a little over 20,000 miles. In the last couple of months of cruising around I realized there was a vibration that was more dramatic at interstate speeds but dissipated while coasting. I took it to my local dealer as it has an extended Ford warranty; the dealer says Torsen Differential is causing driveline vibration and needs replaced? Is anyone aware of differential issues outside of the 2015-2017 driveshaft vibration? thanks

Torsens aren't bulletproof. Tough, yes, but they have limits. I used to get diff overheat warnings on track on hot days, and eventually the Torsen failed. The only way to mitigate it is put a cooler on it. That's a lot cheaper than buying a new diff.
