Hi all,
So... Had a bit of an issue with some Kooks Super Street Shorty headers installed on my 2012 Boss 302.
On install (of course passenger was first installed), the driver side O2bung was welded in the wrong spot and was hitting the floor pan when lowering the engine back down.
After quite a bit of negotiating, Kooks agreed to cover my cost for ceramic recoating the replacement header, along with some of my other costs (additional labor).
As part of the compensation, Kooks included a $500 credit for purchase on their website.
My exhaust is stock other than the headers. I do have FR 84.5 throttle body, and Steeda CAI.
Any suggestions on what I should do? Can't get the catted H pipe as the fitting is not OEM on that (apparently, it's only for long tubes).
