This is actually a pretty big deal. Remember when the EPA decided that they could restrict race cars being created out of street cars a few years ago. Their justification was " new found authority under the clean air act " well the supreme court just put the skids to that. The Clean Air Act was passed around 1970, and the current admin is still trying to get some more mileage out of it after 50 years.
