I sold my '13 SBY Boss to Carvana last month. It's now listed for sale on the Carvana website.

Their process is very straightforward. You go on their website, request an offer by answering a short list of questions about the car and its condition and they give you an instant quote which is good for one week. I did this twice (a week apart), and their second offer was almost $1200 higher than the first and within $500 of what I'd planned to ask for it were I going to sell it myself, minus all the hassle of doing that. SOLD!

After accepting their offer I filled out a few more online forms, sent them a photo of the odometer reading and the car's title, and selected a pick up date and location (had to trailer my Boss about 100 miles to meet the Carvana rep/truck as they will only pick up w/in 100 miles of a Carvana location, which is about 160 miles from me). The guy showed up at the meeting place as planned, he inspected the car, drove it, my wife & I signed over the title (she had to be with me as her name was on the title), he gave us a check. Done!

While I had good luck selling my Boss to Carvana, not sure what the buying experience is like. They're basically a nation-wide used car dealer and I think they're trying to grow quickly and compete with Carmax, so I'd presume they would handle all the requisite buy-side paperwork as most any dealer would do.
