Pinion Bearing numbers?

I don't know the direct meaning of those numbers, but I have 4 of those bearings in my extras, one of which is dremeled out as my test bearing. These came in the Ford Performance kit, and my previous car had the high torque bearing, and my new car has the Boss 302 rear axle that has the larger inner pinion bearing.

All 4 of my spares has a different set of characters that you highlighted. I have never run into that being a problem while building an axle.

The HD bearing that came on the Gt500s and Bosses were the same dimension BUT have more rollers. However, if you try to get the " good" bearings especially aftermarket, they will give you the standard bearings as a replacement or
" updated" part number. You need to watch out for that In your travels.

My guess is that those codes identify manufacturing batch for QA traceability.

The 2013 (only) Boss with Torsen, 2013-14 GT500, and 2014-14 GT w/ Torsen (Track Pack) - I believe that covers all 2013-14 Mustangs with Torsen - use rear pinion bearing 6L2Z-4625-AB instead of 9L3Z-4630-A. The axle housing for those years/models is different as well, I believe because the OD of that bearing is larger. That's why many of the differential / R&P overhaul kits say "does not fit 2013-14 GT500." But the truth is they don't fit any 2013-14 Torsen-equipped Mustang. I believe you can use those kits, but you have to discard the included rear pinion bearing and use Ford 6L2Z-4625-AB instead.

Being my first axle build I likely will question everything
Thank you for a little more peace of mind!!!
Just to add some context:
I'll be re-installing my Cortex watts link & torque arm to this axle. All the more reason for me to get it right the first time. It'll be a PITA to remove all that for access to a redo if it comes to that.

I'm going to disagree here, IMO it's the number of rollers. The reason I say that is because I had to replace the " good" bearing with a standard one because I couldn't find the Gt500 bearing.

I have a 2014 Track Pack car that came with the Torsen. When I rebuild, which I did recently, I have to purchase the specific 6L2Z-4625-AB inner pinion bearing as mentioned by @Dave_W . I think that the "high torque" bearing variant that fits in the same hole as the non-torsen axle is the one with more rollers and is the one that comes in the Ford Performance kit.

One on the left is the bering that comes with the kit being discussed in this thread. The one on the right is the Boss302 variant inner pinion bearing.IMG_8764.jpeg

Did some more Googling -
What seems like all (and only) 2013-14 Torsen-equipped
Ford 6L2Z-4625-AB
Koyo ST4190
Inner Diameter: 41.275mm
Outer Diameter: 90mm (~3.54")
Height: 30.006mm

2010 - 2014 NON-Torsen
Ford 9L3Z-4630-A
Koyo STD4183
Inner Diameter: 41.275mm
Outer Diameter: 82.55mm (3.25")
Height: 26.54mm

One vendor (Ratech) had a note on the Koyo STD4183 - "This bearing has the same dimensions as the pre-2010 head bearing. The rollers and internal angles are different. It will interchange with the pre-2010 head bearing."

So it could that @blacksheep-1 is thinking of the Koyo STD4183 vs the pre-2010 bearing being the same size with different rollers. Yeah, online parts lookup says a 2008 GT500 uses Ford DOAZ-4630-AA, which seems to cross to Koyo M802048, 1.625 x 3.25 x 1.045 inch. That's the same dimensions as Ford 9L3Z-4630-A / Koyo STD4183 above.

After looking at a number of sites, including several Ford dealers' parts listings and national Mustang aftermarket vendors, there seems to be very little info on the larger Ford 6L2Z-4625-AB / Koyo ST4190 bearing. The theme I'm seeing is it's only used on Torsen-equipped 2013-14 Mustangs, but I haven't found any hard confirmation of that. There are some references to 9L3Z-4630-A or differential rebuild kits that contain it that say things like "excludes 2013-14 GT500" or "not for Track Pack GT" or "3.25 bearing" but I don't think any also mentioned 2013 Boss w/ Torsen - I guess it's just such an edge case it gets overlooked.

Could be, I kept running into the
" replacement" or no longer available, reference the Bearing with less rollers when I tried to replace the Gt500 bearing.
