@raidernixon what pressures were you running on the PS4s cold/hot? I'm not sure what Michelin recommends, and also for the Cup 2s. Apprec it thanks!

SFI has approved the use of sit on style crotch straps. They actually have a pdf document showing it.Any 6 point will require new bucket seats as the stock ones don't have a provision in the bottom cushion to pass the crotch straps (which by the way you should absolutely never sit on like I've seen some guys do ...).
In terms of harnesses, I always recommend Schroth, it's usually the pricier option but it's just better, and when it comes to safety, I'd rather spend a few extra $$ than spend my days in a hospital bed.
I did not have to do any kind of update with the magnaride software after installing the springs. I had been wondering if my car would still feel different from a true HP car, but after driving the track attack Mach 1's, I can verify that I noticed no difference whatsoever.@raidernixon I had a question about the springs and stabilizer bar. Did you have to do a magnaride software update after fitting the springs? and did the new springs lower the car any from the non hp? I'm trying to go with a set of apex wheels and run a square 19x11 setup with the vorshalg camber plates. I see you have just the rear sway bar listed on your build thread, how come you didn't go front and rear? Did you consider Steeda dual rate springs and bars?
Great looking FJG. I’m in Houston and looking for a good shop to get an HP spoiler painted in Magnetic. Mind sharing where you had it done?Things are starting to come along with the Mach 1 as parts have finally begun to arrive over the past few weeks. My initial aim is to convert my "base" Mach 1 to a full handling package Mach 1, and then build the car up further from that. Some of the stripped and replaced "base" Mach 1 parts will be kept as spares and/or experimented with on the 2016 GT.
The GT500 spoiler and gurney flap were the first to arrive and came in gloss black. I had my favorite local body shop spray them in Ford Magnetic with a satin/matte clear coat. Install was straight forward, but removing the base spoiler and all the tape required a heat gun and was a pain.

Days later, the secondary front splitter arrived. This install was also relatively straightforward; however, the provided instructions are actually for the GTPP2 splitter and not 100% accurate. 8 screws hold it in along with 21 plastic rivets...we will see how long the rivets last.

Most recently, I received the HP bird nest rims and had Michelin PS4S's mounted on them. 305/30/19 front and 325/30/R19 rear. I opted away from the cup 2's this go around to have a little more wet weather flexibility with the car.

The fronts poke out quite a bit and it is obvious why the HP cars get a molding on the front fender to cover the poke. I should receive the moldings in a few weeks.

Over this past weekend, the Vorshlag camber plates and brake deflectors arrived. I will install these once the HP specific front springs arrive so I can install all of that at the same time.

I am still waiting on many parts, but she is coming along. I should start getting the rest over the next few weeks including HP specific:
Front fender molding
GT500 mud flaps
Rear stabilizer bar
Rear springs
Front springs
Possible rear seat delete
She also now has a track dedicated set of Gloc R12/R10 pads and blank HC centric rotors (not yet used). Street brakes are stock rotors with hawk ceramic pads.
My next track weekend is May 1/2 and with a little luck, I'll be able to get her out on the track with most of this installed.
Do you happen to still have the original base wing? I'm on the look out for one but haven't had much luck. Can't find the part number either. If you’re anywhere near DFW I have one.Do you happen to still have the original base wing? I'm on the look out for one but haven't had much. Can't find the part number either. Thanks in advance!
I'm in Houston, would you be willing to ship?If you’re anywhere near DFW I have one.
Thanks! I had mine done at a local place called Frank's Custom Body. It's located in Kemah/Clear Lake Shores. 281-334-4414Great looking FJG. I’m in Houston and looking for a good shop to get an HP spoiler painted in Magnetic. Mind sharing where you had it done?
I do still have the base wing but am not ready to sell it at this time - I may be using it for another project.Do you happen to still have the original base wing? I'm on the look out for one but haven't had much luck. Can't find the part number either. Thanks in advance!

Here are the part numbers though from the bottom of the spoiler if that helps:

I want to get these one day. So, here comes a potentially silly question: How?...Here are the part numbers I used (note: the spoiler/gurney is now available on ford performance for cheaper - these part numbers are for the GT500 spoiler before the cheaper variant was offered)

Front Springs (x2): KR3Z-5310-D
