Mouse (left) Click before the first letter of the first line, hold down the mouse button and drag the mouse down to the last line, and then to the right to the last letter.
All of the text should now be highlighted. You can let the mouse button go. Press the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard (left side, with your left hand) and hold it down, and while doing so, press the "c" (for copy) key simoultaneously(sp).
You have now copied the text.
Click on the reply button to reply to the thread. In the new reply area, simply again press the "Ctrl" key and hold it down while this time pressing the "v" key to paste (don't ask why not the p key for paste. No one knows ).
You can now click on any line and backspace and remove the old data and type in your data.
