It all depends what artists submit to them, as they don't create their own designs. You can see all their past designs here:

They don't keep all their designs in stock for very long. They sell as many as they can for each new design for a day or maybe several days, then they close the orders and print enough to fulfill all those orders and that's it. Sometimes they bring back popular designs for another run later on, but that doesn't happen too often.
