Placing engine oil cooler in series - push lock fitting details?

I've read through several engine oil cooling threads; some have mentioned placing an oil cooler in front but in series with factory water to oil cooler. Does anyone know what the actual push lock connections are and have details for AN adapter? Thanks

Just a note. The factory cooler has some pretty major flow restrictions. AND remember to use AN12 fittings, not the older AN10 sizes you sometimes see.
