Yes, thank you. At that moment I was packing it all in and not racing anymore, so I didn't need any gear.
I spent a good week sulking and then Monday Kevin comes over and lights a fire under me and its been azzholes and elbows trying to pull this off since.
I got a bunch of borrowed gear to get me through this weekend, don't know what I'll do for thunder hill.
Doesn't make sense to buy all new gear just for one race.

Still on those same 2 year old scuffs leftover from Nationals in 2022 and then ran at Sonoma, plus 4/20 min sessions today. 1:35.2!

Couldn’t get a clean lap….
1:34.9 @ 134.99 mph. New personal best, but still not up to capacity.

So I missed the tire pressure targets, it was cold this morning and for limited laps qualifying I started 4 psi high……bad move. After qualifying all my pressures were 4 psi high. No bueno. Should be more manageable at the correct pressures. Tires grew 10 psi in 7 laps with nitrogen. Let’s see if I can hit my targets in the main event

Not bad for a old grumpy guy on old tires! Congrats on the PP. I gave up on Nitrogen as it was harder for me guess-estimate tire pressure changes. Not to mention Nitrogen quality changed depending on where you got it.
