i watched a couple of vids on youtube, looks like the front (w.r.t car) muffler hangers could give you the most "trouble". what did you have trouble with?

The clamps lol

Ford welded the clamp onto the mufflers and the overaxle pipe so it took me 3 hours to cut the little tabs with some tin snips. Than I got 4 out of the 5 bolts removed and by this time it was 9:30 and my flashlight kept falling over. Than I saw the position of the 5th bolt and said f*** it tomorrow is another day. So tomorrow I will take out the last bolt on the let side and start on the right side. Although thinking about it I am just going to see if I can slide the hangers out of the rubber part instead of trying to remove the whole thing and make it easy on myself.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

did you cut the tack-welds while the muffler was on the car? it's probably alot easier to cut those welds while mufflers off the car.

you may find some useful installation tips in the link below.

Spent the last 4.5 hours swapping out Pagid race pads for the stock pads, and washing, degreasing and cleaning it after a Porsche Club HPDE this weekend. Good Lord was that car filthy.

Why did you swap the pads back to stock? One of the reasons I'm using the Pagid's is because they don't squeal on the street. For me they don't make any more noise than the stock pads.

Had Pagid RST2s ont he front, which I liked a lot, but they're quite noisy and extremely dusty. But the main reason is they were worn out (RS56 rears still have about 1/2 pad left). Ordering new front pads from Pete as we speak. Gonna try Carbotech XP20 this time for comparison.

Rick

I mounted and adjusted my bar same as yours, braces straight under the bar. Under braking the bar rolls forward. With camera mount on bar, this is a problem.

Do you have the same issue?

Has anyone mounted the bar rolled forward or back, braces extended to eliminate this?

Well I haven't used it yet and won't get a chance this weekend as I'm having my harnesses modified. A friend of mine has the same bar in his Boss and his will roll forward. Mine is in very tight and I can't move it. Not sure why mines so tight and his isn't. I would think you don't want it to move at all.

Re: What did you do to your boss today?

Got caught driving in the rain for this first time in a year. I don't mind if it gets wet at a show, but I hate driving in rain and wet roads, so today it's getting a full CroftGate USA detail.

Full Aquanil treatment, then quick n slick over top, then project x over top of that.

Thinkin of taking off my wheels and cleaning the backside of them as well.
